Grab your yoga mat, put on comfy clothes, and get ready for a relaxing hour of yoga with seasoned instructor Lynn Meredith.
Remember to bring your mat, blanket/towel, strap, and block!
Please note:

NOTICE: THIS CLASS WILL ONLY BE HELD FOR 2 SESSIONS ON JUNE 5 & 12.
This class will utilize a style of yoga called Yin Yoga. Yin is done on the floor with participants holding each position for 2-4 minutes at a time, promoting increased flexibility and range of motion over time.
This class will be held in-person only.
