Program Description

Event Details

Join us for family yoga where we will become the sights and sounds together in our yoga practice.  We will focus on our breath, move through yoga postures and creative movement, experience relaxation through meditation and creative expression, all while connecting deeper and having fun!

Family Yoga will be offered July 10 and August 7. Register for 1 class of both. Register each member of the family that will be attending.
