This class is a series. When you register, you will be added to all 4 classes.
Register each member of the family that will be attending.
Join us for family yoga where we will become the sights and sounds together in our yoga practice. We will focus on our breath, move through yoga postures and creative movement, experience relaxation through meditation and creative expression, all while connecting deeper and having fun!
