Event Details
Join yoga instructor Lynn Meredith for gentle, non-strenuous chair exercises. Chair-assisted yoga provides all the health benefits of yoga without the need to get down on the floor. The class consists of seated and standing exercises using the chair for balance and stability. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga block and strap.
Please note:
- No prorating or refunds.
- Payment can be made online, in person, or via mail.
The April 18 class WILL BE HELD VIRTUALLY AND HAS BEEN PRE-RECORDED. You may view the class for up to two weeks by clicking here. We will also be showing the recording at the Library at our normal time, April 18 at 9:30am if you wish to view in-person.
