Chair-assisted yoga provides all the health benefits of yoga without the need to get down on the floor. The class consists of seated and standing exercises using the chair for balance and stability. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga block and strap. Please note: No prorating or refunds. Payment can be made online, in person, or via mail. Registration opens for TCPLD cardholders on Monday, December 8, 9am for in-person registrants and 10am for those registering online.
