Event Details
Crystal Bowl Sound Healing is a group sound therapy session during which you will be immersed in the soothing and powerfully healing tones, vibrations, and frequencies of the crystal singing bowls. Join us!
Mike McGuigan owns a holistic health company, emphasizing on sound therapy, crystal singing bowls, sound healing, and Reiki. Mike is a Reiki professional, for both humans and animals. He is a member of the International Association for Reiki Professionals, and the Vibrational Sound Association.
The Senior Social Hour is designed as a gathering space for seniors who enjoy socializing while completing puzzles, playing card games, engaging in movement, listening to music, or working on crafts. Occasionally we will have resources and speakers who will focus on age-related issues. The program is open to all abilities. Light refreshments will be provided.
The mission of the program is to allow attendees to connect, socialize and build networks.
The program is free and open to all. Registration is required.
