Join us for a special workshop presented by the Traveling Naturalists from the Kane County Forest Preserve. The Traveling Naturalists will bring a bit of the outdoors inside the library.

Nature Detectives – By examining the clues that animals leave behind, and the adaptations that animals use to thrive, students will learn to understand local wildlife species.  Naturalists will explain how to identify an animal based on features such as skulls, bones, fur, tracks and scat - then challenge your students to put their newfound detective skills to the test!
