There are plenty of ways to practice yoga - no matter how busy you are!
In this practical, hour-long, one-time class, you will learn techniques from yoga that can be done in a few minutes including breath practices, seated yoga postures, and meditation. By the end of the class, you will have a customizable sequence to employ whenever you have the time.
