Town and Country Public Library is celebrating its 90th anniversary this year! In honor of this special milestone, the Library is transporting adult patrons back to the Roaring 20s for a unique summer reading kickoff party in the heart of downtown Elburn!
Delight to the sounds of a swinging jazz ensemble and dance the evening away. Prizes are will be offered for best flapper outfits for women, 1920s-inspired regalia for men, and even a Charleston dance contest. Ream’s Meat Market will cater a mouth-watering buffet and alcoholic drinks will be available at a fully stocked cash bar.
Adult patrons (21+ years) of Town and Country Public Library should RSVP here. Upon registering, you will be emailed a password that you can give to the bouncer on the evening of the speakeasy. (You will receive two emails in total - one confirmation and one password)
