Join us as Airianna Quintanilla of Blackberry Counseling Center guides us through mindfulness techniques to reduce stress, increase cognitive health and focus, and to generate a sense of wellbeing. 

Airianna, Licensed Social Worker and Certified Trauma Professional recognizes the body stores emotions which can lead to imbalances and cause psychological, behavioral, emotional problems or unresolved trauma reactions. She utilizes psychotherapy and evidence-based practices combined with experimental and somatic techniques in effort to bring specific challenges to the surface, and discover ways to release unwanted thoughts and feelings that no longer serve us.
