Program Description

Event Details

This program will be offered IN-PERSON only.

Join author of Inventive Wire Weaving, Susan Barzacchini, as she gives you all the tools, bead, wire and instructions to weave a herringbone wire weave around a single bead. Learn how to create secured coiled loops for the base of the weave and then be guided step-by-step to make the weave. We will discuss proper opening of jump-rings and will attach them onto the woven bead to attach a chain. Each person will finish one herringbone bead with jump rings. Reading glasses or magnifying glasses are encouraged, as the wire is thin. Examples of herringbone woven earrings and bracelet will be shown to demonstrate the versatility of this weave. All materials supplied.
