This program will be offered in a hybrid format with both in-person and virtual options.

Take a bite out of The Americas as we accompany Brian Michalski on his search for the most delectable dishes that Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Nicaragua, and other countries have to offer. Gain insight into local agriculture, overlapping stylistic influences, and how climate change impacts food security. Michalski also shares recipes and endorsements of top-notch restaurants, so that you can take your appetite on many satiating adventures to come.
