Event Details

Join us for a "Spring Break" in Japan! This program will feature two to three cities in Japan and points of interest for visiting tourists. Provided will be general tips for traveling in Japan, as well as maps, brochures, and magazines for participants to take home with them.

The Consulate-General of Japan in Chicago serves Japanese nationals residing in the 10 Midwest states under its jurisdiction (IL, IA, IN, KS, MN, MO, NE, ND, SD, WI) and works to facilitate friendship and cooperation between Japan and the people, governments, and industries within these 10 states. As the cultural affairs office of the Consulate, the Japan Information Center aims to build greater and understanding and appreciation of Japan through cultural outreach programs, Japanese language education, and cultural events.
