Join yoga instructor Lynn Meredith via Zoom for gentle, non-strenuous chair exercises. Chair-assisted yoga provides all the health benefits of yoga without the need to get down on the floor. The class consists of seated and standing exercises using the chair for balance and stability. So grab a chair and join us from your very own living room!
