Join yoga instructor Lynn Meredith for gentle, non-strenuous chair exercises. Chair-assisted yoga provides all the health benefits of yoga without the need to get down on the floor. The class consists of seated and standing exercises using the chair for balance and stability. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga block and strap.

Please note:

  • No prorating or refunds.
  • Payment can be made online, in person, or via mail.

This class will be held in-person. Remember to bring your block and strap.

Please note, there will be no class on 11/28.
