This weekly class, taught by trained ESL teacher Megan Shumaker, is meant for adult English language learners. All proficiency levels and backgrounds are welcome!

Join yoga instructor Lynn Meredith for gentle, non-strenuous chair exercises. Chair-assisted yoga provides all the health benefits of yoga without the need to get down on the floor. The class consists of seated and standing exercises using the chair for balance and stability. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga block and strap.
