History Keepers is a volunteer group dedicated to promoting and supporting local history and genealogy initiatives at the Town and Country Public Library. The Program also serves as a means for participates to give back while building camaraderie and strengthening community pride. Various projects are underway, for example creating indexes from historical materials, scanning historical photographs, helping to staff the Lawrence J. Martin Heritage Center, answering research requests, and working on our House History project for older homes in Elburn's northwest quadrant. New volunteers are always welcomed!
This session is training for any History Keeper interested in working with the House History project. We'll watch a webinar together, discuss and plan for getting this project off the ground.
