May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Register any time between May 17th - May 31st to receive access to this informational video on reducing stress and increasing happiness from Dr. Ian Hoffman.

Dr. Hoffman is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and received his Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology through The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He has experience in both hospital and community mental health settings and is trained in neuropsychological private and clinic practice, as well as school based therapy. Dr. Hoffman currently conducts psychological assessment and provides individual therapy and neurofeedback.
